Technician came to appt., looked at refrigerator & freezer for a few minutes and then went to his truck to 'write up'. He came back, handed me a piece of paper with a part number, what service needed to be completed and a website address for ordering the part! When I asked if I was to order and call back to make appointment for installation? I was told No! The technician stated he didn't want to do the job!! I was stunned!! When I made appointment, I was assured they fixed all GE Monogram issues, no problem. So, imagine my disappointment and disbelief!!
And, the part suggested was not the right part! Technician did not do anything but feel coils and push door switch a couple times.
This company was a waste of my time. And they, obviously, are not trustworthy when it comes to their stated service capabilities.
