A customer had Sub Zero 427 RG unit. This is combo unit top wine cooler and fridge on bottom. Fridge on the bottom is 70 degree inside. We tested the system and measure the pressure in the sealed system. We find out that fridge had freon leak on the evaporator coil. We offered the client to replace the evaporator coil, filter dryer and recharge the system. After getting the permission to proceed with the repair, we ordered the evaporator coil. After part arrived we made an appointment and showed up at a customers property. We disassembled fridge side, removed racks, sliders and back wall. We cut old evaporator coil and welded new one. Then we replace filter dryer. In the and we recharged the system with the specified amount of the freon. The system was tested and work as expected.
