Customer called us to fix icemaker for Sub Zero 632 model and also bad door seal for the refrigerator side. We conducted series of test to find the malfunctioning part. First, we tested the pressure in the water line. After we send 110v manually on the water inlet valve to make sure that it opens the access to water flow. After we manually run test cycle for an icemaker. it turned out that the problem was in the icemaker itself. After permission from a customer, we replaced defective icemaker for the new genuine part. Also, we remove old door seal and replace it with the new one.
