Customer complained about ice buildup inside the fridge compartment. This issue happens on old 550/650 Sub Zero models, because of none efficient insulation between freezer and fridge compartments. Manufacturer created the special kit for those cases.
We removed all ice buildup and cleaned drain tube. We removed all shelving, back panel, installed sticky pad heater on the button of the fridge, connected heater to existing wiring, run flexible drain heater to the drain and cover button with the plastic panel.
After installation of this kit customer not suppose to experience similar issue in future.
