A customer had side by side unit with 70 degree on the fridge side and 10 degree in the freezer. Also, then they try to use water dispenser the water starts leaking from the top. After troubleshooting the unit we figured out that condenser fan motor was malfunctioning, which caused overheating of the sealed system and as a result high temperature inside the refrigerator. Also, the plastic tubing which was coming from water valve to water dispenser was cracked from high temperature. We offered to replace fan motor and run brand new tubing from the water valve to the dispenser. First, we replaced the condenser fan motor. After we disassembled internal panels to have excess to the water line. We run the new tubing from the valve on the top of the fridge to the reservoir, and from the reservoir to dispenser. We conducted some water tests to make sure there are no water leaks.
