A customer has Sub Zero 700BR under counter refrigerator which was not cooling. There was 65-degree temperature on average inside the unit. We measured the pressure inside the sealed system and find out that there is the refrigerant leak the on evaporator coil. We ordered new evaporator coil which comes with the heat exchanger line set. We removed old evaporator coil and heat exchanger. Also, cut old dryer filter. We install new evaporator coil and band to proper shape heat exchanger line set. We weld several connections for sealed system create a vacuum with the vacuum pump. After we put the right amount of refrigerant specified on the label. After several tests, we disconnect gauges, put all panels and drawers back.
