A customer had a kitchen remodel and also some changes to an electrical circuit. During those manipulations with power circuit, the damage was produced to Thermador range. The range starts flashing error codes and oven stopped working. Customer called us to troubleshoot range.
Our tech tested Thermador range, based on flashing error code. Turned out that main control board was damaged. After customers permission, we ordered the replacement control board. Thermador uses universal control board which replaces most of the old control boards for particular range models. It also requires to reinstalling of the old wires to different connectors on new board. After replacement of the control board, we put all components back together, conducted tests for all cycles.
A job is done, another happy customer.
