Customer experienced late ignition for the oven. It ignites after 5 minutes. Also, oven not heats up more than 200 degrees. We removed racks, side shelf holders, and heat distributor pan. We test the ignition system and find slow igniters and damaged tube burners. We offered to client replacement of 2 igniters and 2 tube burners. After permission was given we replace defective parts. Another happy customer!
