Licensed & Insured:

We are required to maintain a state license and liability insurance to protect our clients and customers from being taken advantage of by unlicensed and uninsured or unethical business practices.

All our technicians are EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certified.

Education:

Our technicians undergo a three-month training program where they work side by side with an experienced technician. This take place both out on the road with customers as well as in a shop setting, work one on one with a supervisor.

Due to the fast growing and technological advances in the Appliance Repair and HVAC industry, all of the Kit Appliance Repair employees attend weekly classes to help give us the upper hand in the field.   •   Technician came to appt., looked at refrigerator & freezer for a few minutes and then went to his truck to 'write up'. He came back, handed me a piece of paper with a part number, what service needed to be completed and a website address for ordering the part! When I asked if I was to order and call back to make appointment for installation? I was told No! The technician stated he didn't want to do the job!! I was stunned!! When I made appointment, I was assured they fixed all GE Monogram issues, no problem. So, imagine my disappointment and disbelief!!
    And, the part suggested was not the right part! Technician did not do anything but feel coils and push door switch a couple times.
    This company was a waste of my time. And they, obviously, are not trustworthy when it comes to their stated service capabilities.

      I was skeptical when I called on a Friday afternoon to request service for my Sub Zero and they gave me a next day Saturday appointment, but these people are the real deal and amazing. Showed up on time, had all the right parts and fridge was working great after repair! The repair person, David, was careful and cleaned everything up when done. If I could give 6 stars I would!

      I called them on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday morning from 9-12. They didn't come.

    I took this morning off of work to stay home for this.

    I called their office four times this morning, leaving two messages. They just didn't pick up the phone.

    Sent an email to the repairperson, who said he didn't see an appointment on the calendar for me. Did I call the office? Yes, I called the office.

    Will update if they fix this.

    Update:
    The owner came by this evening and was very serious about making this right. He acknowledged my phone calls and my appointment, that it was their fault, and fixed my oven for free! Old-school customer service.

  •   David with Kit Appliance Repair was able to solve our problem, talked to us about the fault, and made the repair a two way communication providing estimates and parts requirements along the way. He was courteous and professional as well as communicative. The day of the final repair, after we'd gotten the parts we'd found we needed, a new problem with the appliance developed, and with his domain experience, David, to our great happiness, unjammed what was jammed and we were lucky enough to get a fully fixed appliance without any more parts, or, I should say, any more waiting on parts! This house is definitely happier now for David's work. It was a good experience.

  •   My 20 year old Dacor Oven went out....David the technician was prompt, professional, knowledgable and provided excellent service! Turned out to be a short behind the oven! David took care of the problem....in less than 2 hours my Dacor Oven's working again and he took care of the faulty wiring..safety issue! Thank you David! Highly recommend Kit Appliance Repair.

      For some reason, our GE Monogram has survived nearly 30-years in the house we rent. The landlord is against changing a nearly three decade old appliance, so we rely on Kit Appliance Repair to fix its issues.

    The repairman came in and wore booties on his shoes and diligently worked to fix the issue. He is direct with his answers and I will 100% hire them for all of our high end appliance repair needs.
