A customer has Monogram zics360nmbr refrigerator with cool temperature in the freezer and high temperature in the fridge side. We run diagnostics and find out that defrost function was malfunctioning for the appliance. We find bad defrost thermostat and bad control board. After, we removed freezer door, fan cover, back wall to have access to internal parts. We defrosted all frost buildup and replaced the bad limit thermostat. After we removed control board cover and replaced the board. We also did maintenance for condenser coil.
