A customer has Viking VGIC305 range and the oven was not heating up above 200 degrees. Also, they had a long ignition for the oven. It took almost 2 minutes for the oven to ignite, which is more out of the designed specs. I removed racks, side racks, and heat distribution pan. I noticed that one igniter was very slow on ignition and another one was not gloving at all. I replaced both igniters and now the client has proper ignition and the hot oven.
