We received a service request from a customer who required to rebuild his
Viking BBQ VGIQ430 . He experienced no ignition of the burners and no heat at all. The BBQ was not the subject of direct sunlight but was still affected by rust, because the client did not use cover. In the morning’s BBQ stainless steel panels accumulate lots of condensation, which cant harm stainless steel itself but it destroys the iron burners inside. I always highly recommend to buy and use BBQ covers which at least doubles the lifetime of the burners.
I created the invoice and get the approval on repair. After I received all

Finally, I install all heat distributor plates and racks on the unit conduct all testing to make sure that the customer will get the best experience using his Viking BBQ.
