A customer has Dacor electrical range with glass top. Two burners on the right side do not work. No error codes showed up on the screen. We removed the unit, disassembled front control panel and lifted up top part. We examined and tested induct generator boards and find the defective processor. Some specifics to this job. Because this model is relatively new on the market none of the sources had schematics. Because that we won’t be able to find the right part to replace. After calling the Dacor we find out that even they don’t have schematics for this unit, just list of parts. We managed with support technician to troubleshoot unit and find the source of the problem. Unfortunately, Dacor does not sell separate parts and we had to buy the whole assembly. The part was ordered from a manufacturer because none of the local part distributors does have it in stock.
