A customer has a Sub Zero 690 built-in refrigerator which was making loud grinding noise from the fridge side. I find that evaporator fan motor for refrigerator compartment was defective and was making the weird noise. I offered to replace the defective part with new one. After permission, I removed all shelves, light cover, back wall and Fan cover. I installed new evaporator fan motor and put all components back. No more loud noise.
