Customer experienced loud fan noise and lots of vibrations while using any cycle on his Thermador double oven. Our technician troubleshoot double oven and find out that the top blower fan motor was spinning unevenly, this was causing noise and vibrations. Lower blower fan motor was OK. After ordering the original part we returned to the customer with the set of right part and right tools for a job. For a long time, we are using a special dolly for this kinda jobs. This dolly allows us to conduct double oven repair one man only. Our technician remover the double oven from cabinet. Removed back and top covers. Remove the defective blower fan motor assembly and installed the new one. Also, we removed the lower blower and clean fan blades from dust buildup, which was also causing unnecessary vibrations. After putting all components back together we tested the unit, which wasn’t making loud noises any more.
