Customer called us because his Thermador built-in unit was warm. We run diagnostics of sealed system and find the restriction in the capillary tube. We offer the client to replace the heat exchanger and recharge the unit with refrigerant. For this particular model heat exchanger tubing is running inside the insulation, so we have to run a new line set from compressor to evaporator coil from outside the unit. Because of that reason this repair required of removing the unit from the cabinet. We also remove the top cover to have the better excess for the parts. We install new copper tubing set on the back of the fridge and put insulation around to prevent condensation. After we charged the system with the proper amount of refrigerant and tested.
