Custome have outside Viking grill. They had no electrical ignition and no heat from burners. We troubleshoot the unit and find rusty burners, rusty electrodes, and rusty heat distribution plates. After permission on the repair, we ordered Viking original parts and made an appointment. First, we removed all rusty and damaged parts from the grill. Then we cleaned all rust from internal surface. After, we installed new U-shape burners, electrodes, and heat distribution plates. We also educated the customer about outdoor appliances, especially how to maintain the grill. It is very important to clean the grill after every use and use cover. Cleaning and using cover doubles lifetime of outdoor grills.
