A customer was complaining about the low heat in the oven. Also, late ignition and not properly distributing heat inside oven chamber. After diagnostics, we figured out that all igniters and some of the tube burners were malfunctioning. Igniters were not reaching the proper glowing temperature in time and destroyed the tube burners after some period of time. We offered to replace malfunctioning parts. We remove all racks, rack holders and button pan to have excess to internal components. we replaced bad igniters and damaged burners. After we conduct temperature testing on 200, 300 and 400 degrees to make sure that range working as intended.
